2. Key Lime

i've been trying to eat healthy lately - very hard considering i work in a tax office during tax season (fridge full of soda - candy and chips everywhere).

i bought some fiber one key lime yogurt the other day (straying from my normal yoplait cherry or strawberry) and i must say it was super tasty!

Watch the sugar contents in yogurt--my acupuncturist wants me to switch... one of my vegan friends, who is also diabetic (type I), says the best way to do it is to get plain yogurt and mix in the fruit. I was so bummed when I found out my regular yogurt wasn't as wonderful as I thought before!

i know - that's why this fiber one is so awesome! 4 grams of sugar compared to yoplait which has about 28 grams!
